Listening is or first line of defense During your first visit, initial medical intakes last 90 minutes in order to get a full scope medical picture of new patients.

A customized treatment plan is curated to meet your wellness goals. Treatment plans may include acupuncture, physical therapy, nutritional counseling, meditation, heat therapy, and so much more! 

Based upon initial goals, we will reassess progress and goals every 4-6 weeks.

Often patients continue to come into OSSO for "maintenance," treatments.
